Cart

I had a spectacular time in the Toyota Sienna XSE hybrid. It was my mode of transportation during the new year. I was able to enjoy it with my family. My mother recently had her second knee replaced and it was very comfortable for her.

Besides, there was a lot of room to carry a lot of her things from the rehab center. In the Sienna, I love the seat in the arrangement.

There is very comfortable seating for seven adults. I was able to drive all around the Washington DC metropolitan area. I drove around I-495 and all the way west on 270. I also drove westward to I-70 in Hagerstown, Maryland, and to I-81 in Northeastern of West Virginia.

The Toyota Sienna XSE hybrid gets an EPA-rated 36 miles per gallon on the highway. Also, there is an EV mode where you can use battery power at under 25 miles per hour driving. This came in handy during our snowstorm and driving very low speeds to conserve energy.

The Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 pre-collision system is also very capable. It has auto braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure alerts, steering assist, and lane tracing assists among other features. I enjoyed the sound system. It comes with a premium audio sound system. I was able to check out the music I made with the music department at Carnegie Mellon.

The sound came out very rich, especially in my song Paradise you could hear the melodies. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are integrated. The XSE features Toyota’s new nine-inch touchscreen navigation telematic system. Underneath the hood is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that makes a combined 245 horsepower with the gas and electric motor.

The model I drove also featured 20-inch wheels. The base price on the sienna. XSE hybrid. Is $42,100. The model I drove had the XSE package.

The package adds wireless charging, the black roof rails, and the 12 speaker JBL audio system. I mentioned. Delivered it came to a price of $44,615. For more information visit www.Toyota.com
