Not a job but an Adventure with the Toyota RAV4 Adventure AWD

I had a great time spending a week in the Toyota RAV4 Adventure all-wheel drive. The RAV4 adventure all-wheel drive is the rugged off-road version of the top-selling Rav 4 compact SUV. My time took me around the Washington DC metropolitan area. I also drove all the way to Western PA. I drove through the hills of Appalachia on I-270 to I-70 through Western Maryland. I navigated the Northeast part of West Virginia on I-81. I also drove through highways like I-76 and I-70.

The fit and finish are great. The ride comfort was pleasant, even though this is a vehicle designed for adventure. I love the durable mats in the trunk and within the cabin. This allows for the safe transportation of materials.

We had to transport a lot of materials to an event we did at the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh. It was great to be able to have a nice place to put our displays in the trunk of the RAV4.

There are also a lot of active safety features that I’ve found very helpful. There’s a lane keep assist, and steering assist. Besides, there’s Toyota’s safety sense. 2.0 with the pre-collision system. I also enjoyed the different drive modes. There’s eco, sport, mud and sand, rock and dirt, and snow.

The Rav 4 adventure is also pretty capable. Underneath the hood, you have a 2.5 liter V4 four-cylinder engine that makes 203 horsepower and a hundred and 184 pound-feet of torque.

It is matted to an eight-speed automatic transmission. it gets an EPA-rated combined 28 miles per gallon, but I was able to average 29.4 miles per gallon in my drives. My son was also able to enjoy the RAV4 with me. I really love the stitching on the seats. The Adventure also integrates Apple CarPlay.

Which features Apple Maps. The model I drove came with a lot of upgrades including the JBL audio plus. the Nine-inch touchscreen navigation system also adds 11 JBL Speakers with a subwoofer.  It was great to listen to the music that I did with the Carnegie Mellon music department. We’ve been able to take this music and use it to train people about automotive jobs in the future. We have a Dah-Varsity app that gamifies and simulates several learning environments.

The base price of the RAV4 Adventure is $32,780. With features like I mentioned including; the adventure grade convenience package and more it came out to a delivered price of $38,514.  For more information visit www.Toyota.com
