One hell of a Ride The Kia Telluride SX V6

Cart

I had a remarkable time driving the Kia Telluride SX V6 all-wheel drive for a little over a week. My drives took me around the Washington DC metropolitan area. I was able to drive as far east on I-95 and I-97 all the way to Kent Island.

My drives took me past Annapolis Maryland and over the Bay Bridge. I was able to even find solace in the water, meditate, pray and recenter myself. It was delightful in the impeccable cabin. I also drove west on I-70 to I-270 all the way to I-81 in North East of West Virginia. It’s comfortable and features exceptional design. Underneath the hood is a 3.8. L V6 engine that makes 291 power and it’s mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The model has a permanent all-wheel drive system. You also have multiple drive modes like comfort sport, smart, snow, and eco. So many great experiences I had driving the Telluride. It was also my son’s birthday so my family was able to ride around with me around the Washington DC metropolitan area. We also drove on I-495. Ride comfort is exceptional.

I also love the 10.25 in touch screen navigation which also integrates with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I was able to play the music I made with the music department at Carnegie Mellon. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounded exceptional.

I was really able to hear the lows and the mid-range with great resonance. The external touches were also great. You have 20-inch black finished alloy wheels. You also have the second-row captain chairs, so it had seating for seven full-size adults.

The additional package was the SX Prestige package which added the Napa leather trim, rain sensors, tow package, and more. It’s also fuel efficient getting an EPA-rated 24 miles per gallon on the highway.

The base price of the Telluride SX V6 all-wheel drive is $44,590. With the options I mentioned and delivery it came out to $49,235. For more information visit www.Kia.com
