I had a wonderful time spending a week in the Toyota Tundra 4×4 1794 edition Crewmax. I got a chance. To make several trips around the Washington DC metropolitan area. My travels took me all the way east on I-95 to I-97 to Kent Island across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. I drove all the way west on I-270 to I-70 to I-81 to Martinsburg, West Virginia.

I passed Frederick Maryland and Hagerstown Maryland along the way. In between I made stops in Columbia Maryland stopping at places like Costco. I Grabbed groceries for my family. I also was able to Travel to the Metropolitan area with my family.

My son especially enjoyed the Toyota Tundra 4×4. The 1794 edition has a lot of premium materials. It is a high-end spec of the Toyota Tundra. Underneath the hood is an i-force 3.5 liter twin-turbo V6 that makes 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque.

It is matted to a 10-speed automatic transmission. I was able to enjoy the power of driving through the scenic hills of Appalachia. West Virginia, it’s a pickup country. The Tundra felt right at home. I love the active safety features that you get with the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5.

The pre-collision warning system came in handy as I was backing out of busy parking lots, especially at Costco. There are lane trace assists.  This car has automatic high beams.

There’s even roadside assistance along with many others. You get 20-inch alloy wheels standard. On the Crewmax model that I drove, I love the leather perforated seats. I also liked The wood finish. I especially enjoyed the 14-inch audio multimedia system. I was able to hear the music I made with the Carnegie Mellon music department by listening to the 12 speakers.

The JBL premium audio system with subwoofers really resonated with the lows in my song Stop The Bullying. In addition, you get a slew of other technologies. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are featured. There are also wireless charging capabilities. I also enjoyed the panoramic roof and the heated and cooled seats. It’s also fuel efficient.

I wound up averaging 20.3 miles per gallon, which is pretty fuel efficient. For a truck of this size. It is EPA-rated 23 miles per gallon on the highway and a combined 19 miles per gallon. The Base price of the Toyota Tundra. 4×4.crewmax. 1794 edition is $61,020.
