I had a fantastic experience driving the BMW 430i xDrive Gran Coupe, taking it on a long-distance journey that covered a wide range of terrain and conditions. My route started in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, cruising along I-495, heading north on I-95, west on I-270, and through the scenic Appalachian hills via Route 970 into northeastern West Virginia. I continued on I-81 and Route 76 to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The base price of the 430i xDrive Gran Coupe starts at $51,200, but with the added options, my test vehicle totaled $61,125. Despite the sporty power and luxury feel, it remained surprisingly fuel-efficient, achieving an EPA-estimated 34 MPG on the highway.
