I had an amazing time driving the Honda Prologue Elite. My drives took me around the Washington DC metropolitan area. I was able to find a number of chargers. My drives also took me further west on I-270 to I-70, through the Appalachian hills, where I stopped by Hagerstown and found a charger. The charger I found was in downtown Hagerstown, where there’s a fast charger that allowed me to charge the Prologue to its stated 273-mile range.

I was able to use that charge to drive all the way to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which was quite impressive. Normally, when I’m driving and checking out the range of electrified vehicles, I have to stop and charge in Hancock to have enough range to make it to Pittsburgh.

Not only did I make it to Pittsburgh, but I also had enough charge to drive around the city and find a charger on campus that was a Level 2 charger.

On the way back, I found an EVgo charger in Pittsburgh and drove to my home in Falling Waters, West Virginia, with enough range to spare. Afterward, I was able to charge in Hagerstown, catch up with a friend in the Washington DC area, and while shopping at Montgomery Mall, I found a charger outside Macy’s that got me up to another 60% and a 160-mile range.

The Prologue is very efficient with its use of energy. The fit and finish are impeccable. I’m actually eager to get into the ZDX because the Prologue Elite has a very premium luxury feel. My friend owns a BMW X5 and she loved the interior. I just love the way it handled. Of course, I love the style and the technology it has available. It has all-wheel drive, and in the Elite model, it has 288 horsepower and 333 pound-feet of torque. The sound system is also great.

I was able to listen to the music I made with the music department of Carnegie Mellon. The Honda Prologue Elite is one of the best vehicles I’ve driven. What an awesome platform to collaborate with GM. The Bose sound system sounded great, the handling was impeccable, the styling was nice, and it drove pretty well.
