A car fit for a king is what is proclaimed by adverts from Kia featuring King of the NBA, Lebron James. I was able to put that claim to test in my recent jaunt around the DC metropolitan area in the Kia K900 and I have to admit the proclamation has merit. The K900 is Kia’s flagship and it is loaded with every amenity luxury buyers would want. From safety features like advanced smart cruise control and lane departure warning to convenience features like heated and ventilated seats, a head-up display, front and rear camera display options, a surround view monitor, a 9.2-inch touchscreen display, Kia’s UVO luxury services to a panoramic roof and more, the K900 is loaded. The ride quality is superb with different driving options. The K900 comes with an 8-speed automatic and the model I drove had the 3.8L V6 which makes 311 hp and gets 26 mpg on the highway. The base price on the K900 Luxury V6 is $54,900 and with options like the head-up display and advanced smart cruise control included in the VIP package of the model I drove, the delivery price was $60,850.
