I’ve really enjoyed my time driving in an army green Toyota TRD Pro. I’ve spent my time driving around the Eastern and Western parts of Maryland on highways I-97 and I-70. I also drove around the Washington Metropolitan Area. My drives included the Maryland Exchange I-200. I also drove by the West Virginia and Maryland border.

Listening to music on the JBL Synthesis premium sound system, which has an automatic sound level, was great. I listened to my song PARADISE.

This song has been sort of like a baseline to check out the sound quality on vehicles I am testing. The music sound was just so amazing. I felt an emotional wave come over me as I’m listening to the music.

I took the army green Toyota TRD Pro and drove by the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. I love looking at the water as it brings in a huge sense of calm over me. I also was able to drive it by Kent Island. As an auto journalist with WAPA, we’ve been doing our annual rally test drives at Kent Island. I’m not sure if we’ll get that opportunity this year due to COVID-19.

The Sequoia TRD Pro is well-built in Indiana. It has many USB ports including a 2.1 amp charger for fast charging. It has also had Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

In the Pro Model, I drove it has comfortable seating for seven adults with Captain Chairs in the second row.

TRD Pro is stitched into the headrest. Underneath the hood is a 5.7 liter V8 that makes 381 horsepower and 401-pound feet of torque.

It is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is 17 miles per gallon on the highway. The Sequoia runs on the same platform as the Toyota Tundra. MSRP on the Sequoia TRD Pro is $64,105.For more information visit www.Toyota.com.
