The Chevy Impala has waged a furious battle and finds itself frequently at the top of sales in the full size market. The upgrades made to this edition have served the Impala well with a combination of great style, excellent fit and finish, soft leather and premium finishes in the interior, modern styling and integrated LED lighting along with an efficient 3.6L V6 engine that makes 305 hp and 264 lb-ft of torque with an EPA rating of 29 MPG on the highway. I enjoyed features like lane departure warning and forward collision alert during my drive through gridlock traffic in the DC metropolitan area. Apple CarPlay was a great feature which seamlessly integrated my iPhone 6s with the vehicle and allowed access to text messages, navigation and music from my phone. Technology such as wireless charging is also available and with the $25 iPhone wireless charging cover I bought from IKEA, my phone is compatible. Samsung phones now come integrated with wireless charging so you need not worry about a car charger with this feature.
