I’ve been quite eager to get a chance behind the wheel on the all-new Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE all-wheel-drive SUV. What caught my attention was electrification? and the method in which Toyota is applying it. The RAV4 Prime XSE all-wheel-drive SUV delivers a combined 302 horsepower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an extra electric motor. The electric motor provides the all-wheel-drive system. You have paddle shifters that enhance the performance driving experience. you have wireless charging besides Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The panoramic roof provided a great view of the skies during my drive. You have exceptional styling a with great fit and finish. And of course, you have performance all in a fuel-efficient package. The gasoline-only is an EPA-rated 38 miles per gallon combined city and highway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was able to get 41.8 miles per gallon in my week of driving in the Washington DC area. I was also able to go west to West Virginia on I-81. I drove Wes to Maryland on I-70. I also went all the way to the east to Ken Island and to Annapolis on I-97. Some of my travels took me on I-95 north. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rav4 Prime is a very comfortable premium performance compact SUV. It should be on the top of the list for any car shopper. What I love also are technology and safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have a lane-keep assist, you have adaptive cruise control. Lane tracing assist is also part of your driver assistance package. You also have automatic high beams to recognize road signs. This is been an exceptional package. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was also able to check out the JBL. Sound system. I was able to listen to the song Paradise<\/a>. I wrote it with the music department at Carnegie Mellon University. The sound was robust and invigorating for my soul. I had a chance to go by Annapolis and go by the water and meditate and it was so serene listening in the cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the premium audio package, you get a 9-inch touchscreen. Also, you get JBL 11 speakers and you get Wi-Fi. This model also had the premium package that adds a 10-inch color display and a heads-up display. The panoramic roof is also included among other features in the Premium Package. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
