I was delighted to get a chance to spend a week in the Fiat 500 X Trekking during Thanksgiving. I had a chance to drive the compact crossover during a week in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Fiat brand is very popular in my travels through Europe. This has given me a better appreciation of the Fiat 500X. Americans are missing a lot by not placing this excellent compact crossover on their must-have list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the 500X you get the excellent U Connect system. Connecting my various phones were a breeze. In America, we are fond of our large SUVs and crossover vehicles, so the 500X is the perfect vehicle for most buyer\u2019s needs. I enjoyed the 500X I drove, it was fun driving up the hills of I-70. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3-liter direct-injection turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It features a 1.3 L turbo engine that makes 177 HP and 210 lb-ft of torque. It is matted to an AWD system and a 9-speed automatic transmission. You get an EPA rated 30 MPG on the highway. I also had a great time with my colleagues at WAPA during my week with the 500X. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
