\nThe all new Mazda 3 is truly at the head of its class among compact sedans. I had a chance to spend a week in the AWD Premium trim and truly fell in love with the dynamic sedan. I first noticed the enlarged grille which is new and currently found only on the Mazda 3. It represents an evolution of the Kodo design that has been uniform for Mazda models over the recent years. The all new Mazda 3 sedan also features; a new key fob, an entirely redesigned interior, a wireless charging pad, a new 8.8 \u201ccenter display, a 12 speaker Bose audio sound system, a new telematics system that evolves the Mazda connect system, and much more. Driving the new Mazda 3 is where the fun really happens. A 2.5 L 4-cylinder engine is standard and it makes 186 HP and 186 lb-ft of torque. The addition of an AWD system is also unique in the compact car segment. The AWD Mazda is matted to a 6-speed automatic transmission and gets an EPA rated 33 MPG on the highway.
